I was a victim of deceptive advertising by this company, I asked for an estimate of a floral arrangement, I asked to show me a model to choose from, the bouquet I chose had twelve roses and other flowers to make up the design. Then they kindly indicated the cost of it, including home delivery, make the payment. Before sending it to the recipient, they asked me to send me a photo .... SURPRISE the bouquet did not look anything like the one hired, when asking for explanations they told me that "THE IMAGE WAS REFERENTIAL" then well if the design where the components are not exactly the same And the roses ask? ... we did not get colored, so we do not place ... AHHHH and chrysanthemums ask? We do not place it because your bouquet is for birthdays! and then when claiming my rights they say that they are going to remedy the inconvenience and they send me another photo, although the design was more similar it only contained 6 roses so I ask THE BOUQUET I CHOSEN I HAD TWELVE ROSES AND ANOTHER FLOWER AND LEAF SERIES .. and they answer me that the most they can do is just place twelve roses and nothing more .......... at least they gave me back the money because I don't think any person should accept this situation but it didn't have a price on Dwarf and the loss that I represent for me not to give the detail. I will share this message by any means possible so that other people do not live this experience.
