Terrible experience really. What a lack of professionalism. More than a week my package at the city agency Ojeda and nothing. The status does not change, there is no way to communicate with these people or in Caracas. Not anywhere in the country. I do not recommend their services. First and last. 😠😠😠

Excellent attention, there are 2 people attending, but if there are many people they involve a third party to attend. You can also pay with transfers in case there is no point.
