The Rafael María Baralt Experimental University is a higher level educational center that has a lot of potential, I achieved a degree in this house of studies and it seemed like a good experience where I learned a lot, it lacks many things to improve but I think it is a place where they have formed many important people for the development of the country, in education, business management, gas engineering, integral medicine, among other careers and courses. To get there you have to take the H route from the center of Cabimas
