attentive staff. But When paying to withdraw a parcel they receive only cash and transfer ... Very bad the payment system for parcel withdrawal, generates inconvenience to the client. There is only due to pay shipping .... I don't understand this system ... I hope they improve this service

The system for the payment for withdrawal is very annoying ... I no longer receive messages with the amount to pay, so I must first go to the agency to find out how much I should pay, go to my house, make the transfer or look for the cash and wait until the other day in the afternoon to be able to withdraw my order until it becomes effective ...
