Do not send through the zoom office San Cristobal which is located on 13th Street which is above the old offices of the Seniat, one block up from the hermitage. they are irresponsible, the packages are lost and I was going to claim my package many times and it was lost and an infinite number of people arrived to claim. Speaking among those affected, the lady or thief who attends there asked a lot about the contents of the packages, and when she took them for granted, she simply said that the package was in transit until after 20 days please. You don't have to think much to see that the packages are being stolen from the front, besides the thief I say to myself; now she always feels very nervous and of damn claims since she doesn't even know what to say to her victims.
