No food served, nor entry food on smaller 2 to 3 hour flights, no movies either. On longer flights, like 9 hrs, they do have them.

Office only administrative, do not sell tickets. The original office was located on the 9th floor of Parque Cristal, but they moved to the 3rd floor in the same tower (East Tower). If they seal the plane tickets. Very good attention. The office is located exiting the elevator on the right hand side and then in the hallway on the left at the end of the whole.
