A Laboratory that is managed like a warehouse, many valuable people managed by MEDIOCRES who do not support their dependents, arises out of flatterer or cronyism, the assessments are already arranged, the employees put their children, grandchildren, nephews people without capacity nor expertise, before the assessment they are already chosen.
