This is not the Third Public Notary of the Sucre Municipality. This is the Main Registry of Caracas. And if you go to that SAREN with the intention of carrying out procedures that correspond to a Notary's Office, they will tell you how it happened to me. Gentlemen Google Maps correct this information, I wasted two days looking for that supposed Notary, until a Good Samaritan informed me that they had eliminated it, since the 90s. I went to the fourth notary and they confirmed that the third notary does not exist. For people like me, we look for any address that we do not know here, it is very important that you are up to date.

Fatal. There is no information to the user when searching for a procedure, I received from the official who treated me the worst treatment, total negligence. 3 hours waiting for a simple correction.
