This airline sells tickets online, but then requires users to "physically validate" the online purchase. If the ticket was purchased by say your company or a spouse or friend, this means that the credit card holder needs to print a form, fill it by hand, scan it along with the front of the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If the cardholder is not near the credit card, and a computer with printer and scanner, and you are about to board you WILL miss your flight. If you are going through this in a foreign country, with limited access to internet, let alone phone service you are STUCK. If they force you to check your carry on because it is one pound too heavy, you have to wait until the flight is gone, and your bag goes through customs to get it back. Do not forget to check your bag for missing items. This means that you are better off (in their minds) physically going to the airline counter (if there is one in your country) and purchasing the ticket yourself. This airline should NOT offer online ticket purchase if they can't trust their customers. This airline profits from the $120 penalty that the passenger incurs when the flight needs to changed due to all this retrograde process. I do not recommend this airline to anyone. They act like people have tons of time and money to waste.
