Excellent rent a car

Terrible customer service, I went on vacation to Venezuela and the car I rented was in poor condition, they did not mention that there was a gas cylinder in the trunk and we had 4 suitcases. Embarrassed with my husband who is North American for the amount of money that was paid and every time we turned off the car we had to tighten a terminal because it was loose and they told me that the same day I went to pick up the vehicle. I delivered the car ahead of schedule and they did not refund the difference. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT to anyone, much less to people who come from other countries.
