Excellent service. Even when I only went for otolaryngology, when an emergency came, they treated me very lovingly and attentively. They didn't leave my side until I stabilized myself. I would go back there every time I need it.

Terrible experience in this 4th category clinic. I do not recommend it. I arrived on time for my medical appointment at 7:00 a.m., I left at 12 noon. The facilities are in terrible condition, the doctors are late for more than 4 hours. And the place is not hygienic. I hope not to return.

Good service during pandemic. They have maintained bio-security standards. Good environment, clean and tidy. Excellent medical care.

They have a lot to improve, they indicate that you should arrive at 1pm, and they really attend you 3 or 4 hours later, since the process to request the key and print the order is extremely slow, the staff is distracted, does not keep track of How many patients does the specialist have? They ask him something and they don't answer because they don't know. My visit was a week day, there were almost no patients, I can't imagine if the clinic had been full. In short, I do not recommend it, and the facilities require a little more cleaning.

The facilities and staff already look like a public hospital, chairs deteriorated, dirty walls, the language of the staff is ordinary and they are the ones who have a scandal, they do not inform you what your turn is, in short, lousy service.
