Today I went to this store, and I decided to use the "Auto - Service", when I arrived, I was struck by the absence of a queue or line of cars, I was located in front of the service window, and no one attended. Inside, you could see 2 employees, who when they saw me, they were ignorant. One understands that we are living in difficult times, but elementary courtesy and good service cannot be lacking.
