Spacious and very clean facilities Lately with some faults like damaged cardio and steam machines. They have their own towel service for members but it is advisable to bring your own as they are usually in poor condition

It is an inspiring place to exercise .. it is extremely neat .. clean .. the instructors are level .. nice .. I love training here .. I highly recommend it ..😉
