Very expensive service

Nice place. Rooms are a little old though. Pool and deck are great and the restaurant is good.

Good hotel. But as usual, the reception employee is speaking Spanish only and NO English. I faced a problem with the reception manager, she is not friendly at all and I promised her that I will never come to this hotel because of her attitude. They offer you a welcome drink and also as usual there is NO breakfast, I think most of the hotels in this area don't offer breakfast ??? For me I will not come to this hotel again. WIFI in the lobby and rooms but comes and goes 😂😂 They have gym and sauna but I didn't know if the sauna is working or not. The room is nice and clean with a nice view on the Carribean sea.

Good location with a nice view. If you're driving, entering the hotel can be a little tricky since the entrance is in a very steep slope which in turn would make it rather tedious to walk. The actual entrance to the building, the lobby is at the top of the slope. The bellhop is always vigilant and ready to help you out of the car and with your baggage. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Staff is one of the best you can find; super helpful and willing to fulfill any requests. Rooms seem dated for a 5 star hotel but they're quiet and really clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and there's always several pillows, which is always a good thing. Ask for a room with view to the sea. Food is top notch. The pool closes at 7 pm so keep that in mind. Facilities seem to be lacking aesthetic maintenance though everything works. There's even a tennis/squash court. They have a business center, a gym and a spa where you can get a massage. An all around nice hotel.

Beso value-price relationship in Vargas. Ample rooms. We got one with full ocean view. Very nice pool and great service at the restaurant. Breakfast is not included in the room price. Game room and gym are available.
