They left San Cristóbal with the unit in poor condition, they were hilly hours and instead of looking for another car to return people or continue with good service, they continued with the damaged bus without air conditioning, children go and they are drowning in heat , totally inhuman the deal. 10/01/2019

My daughter and my granddaughter traveled to Táchira in an excellent unit. I, as Mother and Grandmother, feel satisfied. I have pictures of the unit inside and the seats are quite comfortable. Generally, users complain about mistreatment to the TRAVELER in the different lines - not the case here - Keep your staff trained so that this does not happen with you and make a DIFFERENCE. regards

units are in very poor condition. On the way from Caracas to Maracaibo, rainwater got into the unit through the windows and the roof compartment. They urgently need to fumigate the units since there were too many flukes walking through the windows. Returning from Maracaibo it was a disaster with the suitcases since they unified the passengers of San Martin with those of the flag. In more than half of the trip there was no air in the floor below the pager (in the upper one if there was) and just my 2 suitcases placed them under the air conditioning outlet that was leaking all the way , and it got all that moisture damaging several books and documents that I preferred to have in the suitcase. We made the claim but no one at the terminal was responsible for that. BAD SERVICE

In that bus line, they are rude and disrespectful hopefully Indepabis will arrive due to mistreatment of users.
