It is a quiet place, where you can talk, have a nice time, however, and like everything else, the owners of the houses in the square are very careful and in many cases they do it more for gossip than for prevention. I am a neighbor of the community and for being at 3am literally "talking to a guest, from me" X amount of people come to complain! Which does not make sense because the square belongs to everyone.
