This educational center is located in Antímano, in front of the Antímano park and diagonal to the Coca Cola factory. I must admit that I was unaware of this place as a university, but of one thing I am sure, this university center seems to be two, because it is not defined what its name is, it appears on the map as iutoms, but the sign on the facade says Instituto Universitario western technology. What was the case, what I can tell you is that it is totally abandoned, lack of maintenance, you do not even see surveillance movement in the day, I do not know at night. Sites like this are a shame in what this government have turned these centers that once shone. Who lives in Venezuela can contact that the sites that were taken over by the government seem like a rat cave, and this site seems to be being used as a center for misdeeds by those linked to the government. This center is no longer a study center, and let someone not come and say that it was because of the pandemic, because before the pandemic, this site was already abandoned.
