Good
The worst place after a hospital where a woman can give birth. The room assigned to me was a nest of mosquitoes, but if you had the air turned on at 15 degrees and you died of cold (along with the newborn baby) the mosquitoes ate you. The horrible bathroom, super old finishes, did not do the cleaning service in three days that I was hospitalized as I had an emergency cesarean section. The attention of the nurses is terrible, they took away the painkillers for the pain without authorization from the anesthesiologist on the second day, just because I could not go to the bathroom and they did not want to put a catheter, so badly that night I called the gynecologist for I was discharged that morning, it was a Saturday and they did not want to, they wanted to leave me the weekend to continue charging.
I opted for this clinic because I was sold in Embarazarte as the best to have a 'humanized' delivery, without the abuse and excessive 'medicalization' of a normal clinic, I left repentant, from 'humanized' I only had the treatment of my doula and my gynecologist, who are not part of the staff of this very bad clinic, it is a thousand times preferable to choose a normal clinic than this hospitable hospital.
I do not recommend it, they put the health of the mother and the baby at risk as well as the hygienic conditions and the mistreatment of the nursing staff.
I had an emergency cesarean on 03/23/2016 everything was good in the sense of the operation, but since it was a full holy week decreed they gave vacations to almost all the clinic staff they operated me with 1 nurse, my wife had What to do as a stretcher and even charge me to take me to the operating room because there was no male staff stretcher, in the whole clinic for any attention there were only 2 nurses, then the hospitalization was good the first day, the second I had to go also to the emergency because I woke up without The clinic had water since they had no water for weeks and the tank was already basic, they had no water to drink and in the whole area of Santa Monica it was not even bottled, I had to take a shower to heal the wound of the cesarean and I couldn't because there was no water, at no time they informed me until 6:30 pm and what the nurse told me was aseate as you can to do the cure, which bothered me since I had only one bottle of water with which I wash the intimate parts and immediately I and my family members demand that I and my baby be discharged from there because they pretended that I would stay until the next day with the pot full of bone urine until without To be able to use the bathroom all to collect the next day of hospitalization, the case is that we complained and we managed to get the pediatrician to discharge me and I left that clinic at 7:30 pm and with everything and that bad attention of the second day I They charged 209,000 bs for all their service, which in the end was pessimistic, my mother-in-law claim that the clinic should prevent this before accepting any patient if they know they have no water and they left her if there are not even gold reserves in the country less they have to prevent the water reserve, this was said by the pediatrician who attended to me who is a shareholder of the clinic, in short the service the first good day but the second bad ... oh and the clinic is a huge mosquito nest in all the h There were 2 mosquitoes in quantity and I was not given any kind of personal hygiene product or soap or toilet paper and they charged me the same. I comment all this so that if you have no choice but to go to this clinic for reasons of costs as was my case, take all the forecasts.
The point on the map is incorrect, but the address description is correct, that is to say, it is actually at Av. Cristobal Rojas but not at the end of this street
The best polyclinic in Caracas.
