I could give 10 stars to the attention of the watchman, really attentive, kind and diligent. But the last two times do not fulfill the order. I have brought quilts and when I get to look for them on the date indicated, they start looking for them and ironing them 😥😑

A scam, bad attention, took four times as long as indicated, charged a service and did not perform it. I do not recommend shoe repair in Santa Monica to anyone. Don't waste your time or money. This is how my shoes were when used only twice.
