I went for some instructions and to buy medicine since my fish had ICH the white point fungus, I asked about the medicine and the lady gave me the indication to treat the disease with methylene blue that I bought that day in the store. It turned out to be a total disaster I followed his directions and now all my fish are dead. If you don't know about the subject, don't give directions, hold back and just say you don't know. Lack of total professionalism. I ended up looking online (which I should have done before) and it says that methylene blue is for prevention not for treatment, if the fish are infected they can die from methylene blue.

Leaves much attention to be desired. Girls badly faced and in a bad mood. Apart from the fact that they never have change in bolivars or in dollars of any denomination. I've been there twice and it's the same. Conclusion: either they close it because they are no longer interested in selling or they change the personnel that is fatal even in sight and they have the foresight to facilitate the purchase according to the type of currency that causes them to use and not have to be leaving a return in favor of the store and never the customer. It had to be said and it was said.
