The Images presented. They try to show one of the Main Access Routes to Our University ... The route in question is the Parallel to the Route of the Guaire River. Course that divides the city of Caracas topographically into two major sectors - North-South.

A few years ago, PDVSA offices operated in this building, which was known as Lagoven. Currently there is much deterioration, in the parking area there is a composter that literally smells like "my # $$%" I don't know where the environmental management is.
