It is a "mandatory" point for your errands around the electric service. At the moment none of the offices has a "system" so sometimes you don't know how much you should pay for the service. The attention by the staff is bad and you do not receive guidance on the doubts you may have, they just say "there is no system", they could really use a user service course and offer alternatives for payment of the electric service
