It works very badly, they say that in 2 business days they tell you if it is approved or not and it takes months. Besides they have like 3 weeks that they do not attend and incidentally they went crazy and put absurd costs of hundreds of dollars to register anything. As if they had created it. The saddest thing is that it should be a non-profit organization. Since it is to protect the inventions of Venezuelans.

Very little information to make any request is not usually so kind when you have questions or doubts, it could be a better institution if the people who work there take on the role of being more professional and getting clients to be taken into account.

They attend so but so bad that it causes them to denounce them to the office of the ministry of the presidency of the republic. They are not able to specify the exact collections but they have to make multiple trips. There is a lady there who attends worse than the others. And they call themselves revolutionaries for and for the people.
