MN Chim En School, formerly known as Chim En Kindergarten, was established in 1976 by the General Department of Civil Aviation of Vietnam, during the operation of the school, it was transferred to many units under the management of the HK industry. In January 2016, the school was handed over to Long Bien District People's Committee according to Decision No. 5927 / QD-UBND dated December 30, 2015, operating under the model of a public school with a total area of ​​2,748 m2, construction scale is 16 classes, and full of function rooms as prescribed.

1 kindergarten has a long tradition, established in the 80s of the twentieth century. The starting point is a preschool facility that looks after children of aviation workers and employees, now a prestigious kindergarten of Long Bien district.
