Environment is fine. But due to language barriers, owner's attitude to foreigners is little bit unfriendly.

Bed is hard and make irresistible noise when you turn around. Ceiling is low and make me feel hard to breath.

The owner is chubby. See often customers. No service mindset ks:n1. Not allowed to check in before 14:00n2. There are no public toilets for when washing facesn3. Do not accept motorbikes from other rental places

The hostess cum lv receptionist is not friendly - the receptionist is lying on the sofa and swiping the phone, the laundry is dirty for the guest. I book Agoda but came to checkin and asked to pay cash, no vat. The only plus point is the newly built ks! Tks
