A small, but well equipped gym, with a good selection of modern, fully functioning cardio machines, a wide choice of resistance equipment, free weights & a decent amount of space for stretching. It gets busy in the evenings, but you rarely have to wait long to use the equipment. Staff helpful. 30VND for a single entry.

New gym room is cool, easy to find, full of tools, the price is very suitable. Machines are newly procured and cleaned periodically. Staff are very enthusiastic to serve. Attitude is very sociable. Enthusiastic to tell each other both nutritional and technical knowledge, sharing each other's life. The gym has both a dressing room, a bathroom and storage space. Divided into zones suitable for different purposes. There is even a training course if there is a need There is a slight difference that the path is behind the apartment, so it is difficult to find. Recently, I stopped by the practice room when it was still raining, there was a place to hold a parachute, so I was absent so it was very comfortable. If possible, come back to the gym again
