Nice Walking place but forget muséum it's mausoleum
Well
Tomb of Nguyen Huu Hao - Queen Nam Phuong's father - the famous landscape is forgotten.nnThe mausoleum of the wife of Nguyen Huu Hao District (the father of the queen Nam Phuong - wife of King Bao Dai) has a quiet, attractive beauty, although it has been forgotten for many years in the wilderness.nnSome widely shared documents noted that Mr. Nguyen Huu Hao was originally a rich landowner from Go Cong (Tien Giang province). He married Mrs. Le Thi Binh, the daughter of Mr. Huyen Sy (Le Phat Dat), one of the richest people in Vietnam at that time.nnIn 1914, the couple Nguyen Huu Hao gave birth to a daughter, Nguyen Huu Thi Lan. In 1927, Nguyen Huu Thi Lan at that time went to France to study, 7 years later returned to Vietnam and was married by Emperor Bao Dai and appointed queen Nam Phuong. Mrs. Nam Phuong brought her father to live in Da Lat.nnIn the last days of his life, the couple of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hao only lived in Da Lat but rarely returned to his hometown Tien Giang. When he became seriously ill and knew that it would be difficult to overcome, he had a wish that after his death, he would be buried in Da Lat.nnIn the autumn of the year of the Rabbit year (September 13, 1939), Nguyen Huu Hao died here, the queen Nam Phuong built his tomb in late 1939, continuously for 4 consecutive years, it was completed.nnThe tomb was built superficially and majestically on a 4-hectare hill surrounded by many primitive pine trees.nnThe work makes an impression right from the gate with 4 high pillars, lotus-shaped top and two stylized clam dogs. From the gate, the entrance to the mausoleum was built straight. To reach the mausoleum, after passing the gate, visitors have to walk up 158 steps.nnFor many people who love the architectural works of Da Lat, the forest complex and the mausoleum of the couple Nguyen Huu Hao Public District is a precious gem that should be preserved and oriented to rationally exploit tourism.nnAlthough the project has been over 80 years in the middle of the wilderness, began to degrade, but still superficial, majestic and solid, many visitors must be surprised.nnMany visitors who love the heritage buildings can not hide concerns that the tomb will be damaged, degraded at an increasingly rapid speed because it has not been restored for too long.n#LangNguyenHuuHao #DaLat #NonNuocTqyNguyenNamTrungBo
Many quiet trees are suitable for architectural exploration
The place is not popular, almost abandoned. I can’t say that this is a place of power or energy ... On a bike you can climb up the hill to the very stairs, then turn right onto the gravel road and climb up to the tomb itself. Good luck to everyone and have a good trip!
