The homestay area was really quaint and super chill to be in nature. Loved that element to the stay. Loads of comfy nooks and crannies and seating areas to hang out in the gardens.nThe rooms you stay in are really cool, comfortable beds, little private porches and gardens, generally lovely. Showers have hot water too!nnOnly downside I have is that although it is in nature, it's close to the cable cars and monastery which brings TONS of coaches so the traffic is a surprising amount of traffic, and the horn blaring does take the edge off the 'escape in nature'nnThe staff and owners have limited English but genuinely lovely and keen to assist if we needed anything. The homestay offer meals - just order in advance so they can get the ingredients. Basic meals but I was very happy with them :)nnIf you're looking for stuff to do- as I've said, the cable cars and monastery are very close by. Plus the lake is easy to walk to, and there are strawberry farms to go pick your own if you wish. Delightful :)

We had a very nice stay at LAmant which is located just 3min by foot from the temple. Calm and natural surroundings, perfect to combine with some meditations classes. We will be back.
