Dalat Wonder Resort

The resort itself is quite well-designed, but the management, especially the front desk must be a joke! A friend of mine booked a double room for 4 nights, but he had some unexpected issues and cut short his stay as only one night. Then, he invited me to come over because I was a photographer. As long as I came to his room at the property, a receptionist made a phone call stated that if he had booked room for one individual, he must stay on his own, no extra overnight guest even it was a double room. They also required me to register and pay extra 1,000,000 VND for myself which I refused to do so. The front desk definitely saw us walking in via their video surveillance. Honestly, neither of us had ever heard about this ridiculous policy before, if you booked a room for one, you must stay on your own. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in some countries but this was the first time I experienced such thing. Some lodgers confessed that if you had a negative experience with your booking, it would ruin your entire trip, and I was in that situation. Hence, I highly recommend future lodgers to carefully check your booking at this hotel/resort to avoid unnecessary nuisance which may make your trip to be a “trip of sorrow”. I personally will never return to this awkward hotel at any price.

View is very nice If you want to take picture and show off on Facebook this is perfect.But if you want the service of a 4 star hotel it is not. A lot of small anoying detail like the.bathroom for instance. People in wheelchair will find very difficult to access to the breakfast.

Have a nice view and beautiful resort. However, the services is not good. I have issued with the key but no services supportted until I have come back the reception desk by myself. Not so good for 4 stars resort.

This new resort somehow fails my expectations.nLocation: right on the lake but lacks of trees therefore it is getting way too hot during daytime.nRoom: decent size room but the bathroom is not clean enough.nF&B: breakfast by the pool is nice, food is acceptable.nService: staff is super slow and unprofessional.

This is wrong location, you need to go more deeply road to get to the resort.
