Nice private hospital, they also speak English. Not to wait for too long. Feel safe and clean, friendly staff and doctors. There are rooms for long term treatment, rooms are nice as hotel rooms and also clean. Parking lots for cars and motorbikes are also good. There are carts to tranfer patient and visitor from parking lots to their main hall. Wanted not to come but come here if needed. Recommended!

My wife had an ear ache from a cold. The visit cost was $8 for the consolation. The staff is professional and courteous. The local staff speaks English and explained to my wife her symptoms and treatment. We received medicine from the onsite pharmacy at very reasonable prices. We had to return something the next day to the pharmacy and they accepted the return.nWe recommend visiting this hospital for any issues you might have.nThe scooter parking to the entrance of the hospital is not that far as other reviews make it out to be. Parking for scooters is 3,000Dong. The grounds are also very beautiful and well maintained.nBest of luck.

The doctor who treated me: Dr. Dung was extremely professional. He and his team quickly put a steel rod in my broken collar bone. I was out of surgery quickly and experienced little discomfort. The four stars is for our experience in the room. My wife slept next to me after surgery. One other older patient had a problem with this. He demanded that we not sleep together in front of his son. This guy's son masterbated in front of everyone in the room. I got a video of it and showed it to the staff.... Needless to say this was dirty and we should have been moved, but weren't. The practice of over medicating (antibiotics) and pushing unnecessary drugs like Omeprazole for heartburn (I didn't have heartburn and Omeprazole takes 24 hours to work anyway.)nnGreat doctor, good staff kinda negative experience.

Came here for a cut on my finger that went through the nerves. They stirched me up, have tetanus shot, and prescription - all took just under 30 mins.nnI paid 550K (~$30) for all of it plus 50K ($2) for meds.nnIf you call the hotline, the person who'll answer will transfer you to an English speaking staff. The first time I went to the emergency room, no one spoke English but the second visit (taking out the stitches), there are staffs who speak English very well.nnHighly recommended and satisfied with the service over all.

Give five star because this is the best health care place in this city. Took my mom here right in the first day of Lunar New Year, staff are friendly and very helpful, they checked on my mom every hour or so. The room is clean and quiet. The only down side I can think of is you have to walk quite a distance from the parking lot to the buildings.
