The best bank in Vietnam, its ATMs do not charge a cash withdrawal fee! The maximum amount of the operation is 5'000'000 dong, I recommend that all travelers look here, perhaps their exchange rate will be more profitable than in other places, they themselves did not have time to check :( I removed it from corn without problems !!

Friendly staff, ATM (inside) with cash deposit TK not waiting. There is no dialing system, so I have to ask him to stand on the counter nearby to coordinate the guests (quite inconvenient and not know where). Room manager teller attitude when supporting Timo guests (although VPB is also sponsor, patron banking system behind and the main investor for this product).
