The hotel located in a convenient way to get around the town, in a few minutes can get me to market and shopping mall Vincom. This hotel provide you with the best quality and need for customers to ensure the service for customer. Staff and receptionist are professional and friendly and can get to in and out in no time. Hotels room are clean and luxurious for customers to get a best experience as possible. The hotels provide me with the best services with free tea and coffee. This is a hotels you are looking for if you like to travel and the service you need to ensure your experience. Staff are nice to call uber for customers to get back in airports in time and make sure you are safe. I would recommend the hotel friend, family and for every who travel to Bao Loc. 10/10

I stayed at the Sandals Hotel for 2 nights. The building is new, well-equipped, and clean in general. The hotel is located on a big street which is always noisy because of trucks and motorbikes. During my stay, I had a very bad experience with two receptionists. When I checked in, I asked for support from a male receptionist to change the room. He kept telling me that he could not support me because I booked the room on Agoda. The hotel sold the room to Agoda, not for us as their customers! Thus, we had to contact and work with Agoda directly instead of them. That was ridiculous! Then, we checked out, another female receptionist kept calculating my room fees wrongly twice. Even when we left the hotel for one hour, she called me and explained that she calculated the room fees wrongly for the third time. Even though Bao Loc is a rural town, there're plenty of other accommodations offering better services. I definitely not recommend this place and will never come back in the future.
