Bên công ty mình đặt 6 phòng hẹn chính xác ngày và 10h tối nhận phòng , đã làm việc qua tin nhắn zalo và chuyển cọc , đến lúc nhận phòng chủ khách sạn chỉ giao 5 phòng do 1 phòng đã bán trước đó cho đoàn khác check in trước vài giờ! 10 giờ tối khách đến ko thể tìm 6 phòng cho đoàn ở cùng! Ko hiểu khách sạn làm việc kiểu gì?!?
