Our reserved rooms weren't prepared and cleansed on time even though the front desk said so; and we came here after 2 pm. It took us 30 minutes to find a spare room to sit in while they fix the issues. I understand the staffs worked hard to accommodate us but this was clearly unprofessional and extremely frustrated.

Nice luxurious hotel, so closed to the airport, friendly staff, the rooms are always cleaned and suitable prices. Perfect!
