Working slowly, indiscriminately. You and I have the procedures to remove the mortgage but 1 and a half hours have not finished the process. When asked, the staff reported the very ridiculous reason: the boss went out, could not sign the paper and made an appointment to wait a while while the bank was very empty. If it feels that the procedure is long, the bank should make an appointment for a customer for a specific time so that the customer will still go to work, then it is time for the customer to come back, not to let the customer wait long. Too bad
