*UPDATED NOVEMBER 2020*nnGreat gym; would be 5 Stars if the personal trainers actually worked or racked weights instead of sitting on their phones all day. Having to look for weights across a three-story gym is annoying.nnAlso the sauna is never really “hot,” and the steam room is often “out of service.”nn*UPDATE (November 2020)*nTop Gym has not improved over the past two years. It has only gradually gotten worse. Instead of Top Gym providing towels each day, gtm-goers are now given two towels that they must being home and wash themselves.nnThe sauna and steam rooms are literally never on, and you must tell the staff to turn them on before using, and they can 15+ minutes before you're able to use them effectively. And even if you do tell the staff to turn the sauna/steam room on, they often forget to do so.nnThe only saving grace of this gym at the moment is the location + it's not that busy in the mornings.nnYou can find a better gym in Tây Hồ for less money and less hassle.

The gym will close for any odd reason without notice. While other gyms are still open . Don't waste your money to get a gym membership at Top gym. Kickfit sport is so much better.

The good: equipment is pretty good quality, the front desk staff are friendly, towel and locker provided upon arrival to members, generally very clean.nnThe bad: PTs on their phones all the time and don't pay attention to things like squeaking machines or dumbbells laying around, very stingy with A/C, windows open even when air quality is terrible, no free drinking water available for some reason (only for sale).

Very expensive by Hanoi standards for a day pass. At this location it is 200,000 VND as of Jan 2020. Can not comment on the quality of the gym however, the higher price led me to try another gym.
