Clean room, smells fresh, cheap price 150k for one double bed, 250k for two double bed, fan rooms, staff helpful and welcoming, WAY better option then Hoa Banh smelly dirty rooms. Bit off city but great place to stay. They offer Pho Bo breakfast (and sort) for 50k. Also have a moskito net if you would like to sleep windows open as there is no air con. There was no hot water too but what to expect after a rainy day.
