Old room was not very well be moldy fan unusable air conditioning weak, reception attitude impolite guests, I'm more blanket bad attitude said I do not ask, go eat and took in the room key also the attitude of leaving to leave, I went to cv carrying many laptop vs cash I want to keep my personal belongings to be safe, okay or not

K respects customers, rooms at k are clean, then the fan k runs air-conditioner, weak with pillows, it is difficult to sleep and die, ... etc.
