very very bad people. disgusting reception and owners. don't get close to it.

Excellent, friendly staff with good english. Extremely clean hotel. Fridge, kettle, plenty of electrical sockets to charge up your devices. Nice, big bathroom with hot water. About 15 to 20 min walk to a choice of restaurants and bars. Not far from the night market. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel, brand new in a very peaceful neighborhood. The staff and owner are lovely and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Located in a walking distance from downtown and from the new night market as well. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ha Tien.

No lift at the hotel. Some functional issues with room amenities. However, was still one of the best 2 star hotels I've stayed at. Very clean.

We were quite happy having chosen Sele House for our stay. One big advantage is the location. Should you have booked your trip from Kampot to Ha Tin with Champa Bus, then you are lucky because the driver will let you out at the corner of the main street from where you have only 4 min walk to Sele House.nWhen we arrived it was a little bit tricky the communication but with the aid of Google Translator and a lot of laughing everything worked like a charm. We were not only able to book our ferry tickets for the next morning but also got quite nice tips where to eat in the neighborhood where we had a nice and funny dinner with a lot of locals. The only reason I give only four and not five starts, is because we had a noise - like a running cooling fan, which we were not able to switch off -. I must admit, that we did not ask anyone to help us solve this issue. We have planned to visit Sele House in a few days, when we are back from Phu Quok. I would say, give it a try and get for breakfast the rice noodles with grilled pork and the hot vietnamese coffee. My wife loved the combi.
