Nice view but the staff is not professional and the quality is bad. Dirty water, overpriced room and the manager wants to get money From the guests by the bad way. He asked us for 200k/person for the boat tour while in the town it is only 150k. He also doubles the price of renting the motorbike. Our room is served with dirty blanket and pillow. Better have some coffee here. Don’t rent it

This hotel staffs steal customer moneys!!!!nMy uncle left his wallet in his private room and the staff came in and take the money out of his wallet. I has contacted with the hotel manager about that, and he said he will arrange but after 1 week of waiting, I ask again but no response.nLack of responsibility!!!! So terrible!!!

It's a bit run down and dysfunctional but it is very pretty and the staff are lovely. It probably could benefit from some experienced management and renovation. A key concern is the poor standard of safety as steps are steep and there are no handrails. Many areas don't even have steps bit rather, just a very steep slope. It'd be easy to have a nasty fall. Bath towels are also poor. They really must work harder to clean the trash which is also a criticism of the entire island. It's hard to get a response to communication before arrival. ..... but just look how pretty it is!
