The washing itself was average, some clothes shrunk and had a weird feel to them. Didn’t smell good or bad. The main issue was when I had a pair of trainers washed and for some reason the soles were ripped out when they didn’t need to be. This led to the soles being given back with someone else’s washing. Don’t really speak English so couldn’t resolve the issue and made out it we were both in the wrong. Avoid unless you’ve got clothes or shoes you are not too concerned about

Really Cheap, fantastic service, fast turn around. Clothes smell amazing and nicely ironed and folded. Clothes are in perfect condition. Highly recommend!!

I used it two times. All is good, perfectly washed and packed on return.nA beautiful and a hard working (it seems to me) family is working there. They open early in the morning and I saw them to be still open at night (9pm). It is worth supporting them.

Nice people, normal service but zero English and I lost a shirt! Hopefully some Russian dude is loving it, cuz that was a comfy shirt. A little far from anything too, but people seem to love ‘em... huh.
