This is the best gym for the price I've seen in Southeast Asia. Fantastic selection of equipment and there's a lot of space for lifting without a crowd.nnThere's no air-conditioning so you can burn a few extra calories and get some fresh air at the same time!nnThe staff (and mainly the patrons) do need to do a better job of re-racking weights.

Commercial gym with abundance of machines. Has a squat rack but the 20kg barbell has no bearings so it does not turn. Entry fee for one workout is 50k (indicated that it is a sale price, normal is 70k). Pretty clean. All weight plates are consistent. Overall, much better than other gyms in mainland Vietnam.nnUPDATE: They actually have a second room with more squat racks and free weights and also a proper deadlift barbell. I totally missed it on my first visit.

World class GYM!!!nnNot a fitness center but a good old fashioned gym. Lots of space, lots of weights, lots of machines and a great vibe!!nnPeople come here to WORK OUT.

Best gym I found during my travels so far. Has all the necessary equipment. Good price (50k) and opening hours.
