Over all good gym. They have good amount of dumbbells. And other free weights. There is cleanish bathrooms. And lockers, though no dedicated change room or air condotioner. They have instead open windows and fans.

Only 30k per day and they have a lot of machines. I go here every time I visit phu quoc aka twosie island

Good gym very cheap (30k for single day entry). Loads of weight lifting equipment. Missing a squat rack but does have a smiths machine.

The Gym is pretty decent. The only two problems are that its sometimes too hot with no air conditioning and also that they don't have ready to drink protein shakes to buy after a training. I'm here on holidays and I don't regret to be using it. I'm paying 30K per day.

Good gym. A lot of different (40+) fitness machines. For just 30.000 Dong for one time, really good price for what you get.
