Its an excellent fitness facility. They have all the machines and free weights to seriously train all muscle groups, good quality and quantity. They charge 40.000 for a day pass and 10.000 for 1.5L water (which I did not bring myself but is allowed). Relaxed atmosphere and they dont close in the afternoon, as many do during the hottest hours of the day.

Good gym. You will find everything you need for your training. Price for 1 day is 40 000 vnd. There is a shower, box for belongings, protein shakes, water, towel.

It's clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

It is fresh, bright and with an open layout. They have every equipment you need, although they could get in few more free weights.nnOverall very good and the best on Phu Quoc! Also super cheap, 40.000vnd!
