Skye Bar is located on the 10th floor of the Phu Quoc Ocean Pearl hotel on the main Long Beach road. With the colourful lights at the top, I wondered if it would be a bit tacky. However, they had a lovely terrace area with fairy lights and foliage, as well as great music. Classic cocktails were £5.5 including Margarita, Maitai, Singapore Sling and Cosmopolitan.
