I've been using this MB bank ATM for all 2 months on Phu Quoc and this one is the best yet found - it has NO commission at all, even though ATM says there is some small one.nIt gives max 3 mln VND to withdraw (though again, ATM suggests an option of 5 mln and any other amount). But if you need more, just reiterate the operation.

Service is relatively stable

Good service staff. An said no prestige. Making a card for customers has not got a ladder yet. Promise forever. Calculate account account. But missed doing business with the company. Every time you withdraw money, you must follow. Withdraw at the bank ....
