English/ EspañolnnI’m from the USA and I can compared this place to WesternDental, which is a chain of dental offices in California. I met the practicing dentist at a friends gathering. I wan looking for some simple cleaning and I was told about this place. I was staying in D1 and this place was a 15-20 bike ride from my hotel. The prices were almost 20% less than the estimates from other dentist in my D1 area. Easy to find. On my first visit I had a general inspection and had my teeth clean, I was reminded that I had 4 fillings and one molar was wearing off. I had mercury filling and the dentist explain why it would be smart to change it to a non-toxic clear filling. In total I visited this places 4 times to have a general cleaning, change of 4 filings, and whitening trays done. I was extremely surprise by the costumer service. The dentist was able to communicate in English and made me feel confortable. I have to get exact numbers of the total cost but I remember that it was around 180usd for all. En mi primera visita tuve una inspección general y me limpié los dientes, recordé que tenía 4 empastes y un molar se estaba desgastando. Tenía un relleno de mercurio y el dentista explica por qué sería inteligente cambiarlo a un relleno transparente no tóxico. En total, visité estos lugares 4 veces para tener una limpieza general, cambio de 4 archivos y bandejas de blanqueamiento. Me sorprendió mucho el servicio al cliente. El dentista pudo comunicarse en inglés y me hizo sentir cómodo. Tengo que obtener números exactos del costo total, pero recuerdo que fue de alrededor de 180 USD para todos. Volveré para más trabajo dental cuando visite saigon.
