Has limited cat supplies. Lots of dog stuff.nnBut staff quite helpful.nnSeveral high steps to get inside. NO RAILINGS !nnStaff speaks some English. They will bring supplies curbside, but may not mention special (BOGO) pricing

Very bad experience. We bought a beautiful Scottish fold and instantly got ring worm spread around my family of six (from the cat). I told them, and they didn’t respond at all or even say sorry. Took us forever to get rid of it. Then three months later my cat is sick with a virus in her liver, the vet said the virus is cause from bad breeding. She will die. So wherever J&Pet gets their animals it is a terrible breeder, and you should not support them at ALL!!!

This shop has a good dog food of grain allergy from U.S. bland and there are many kinds of treat so I always buy dog food here Although, I don’t think it is a good Pet hotel. Only shop is good.
