It was great staying at this place. First of all, the price was amazing, so I have no complaints. The place seems fairly new. They had everything I needed from towel, shampoo, dishes, water, s, toothbrush, etc.. There was easy communication with the host since I just wanted to relax. This will be a good place of you just want a private place to sleep and chill. There is a security guard on duty, and the place 24/24 hours available. The securities and a lady who works there seemed very nice and friendly. I used grab to go places, and they all the rides came to the entrance no problem. One thing I really admire about this place is that you get to see sometimes the daily life of Vietnamese people in the alleyways. I didn't have much time to interact or dine at those food carts nearby, but it would've been a good experience. I really enjoyed staying at this place,with pool and gym, especially for such a low price.

We loved staying in this airbnb so much that we extended our stay for two more days after the first night. It had everything we needed, location was superb, facilities excellent, and also it had amazing gym and pool. The apartment is furnished beautiful and the beds are so comfortable, this is not a given in Vietnam, I must admit. There is even a little convenience store downstairs. The checking in and out was smooth and uncomplicated.

The Emperor Of Saigon's place was all we needed after a late flight in town. It was clean and comfortable. They were very gracious to wait for us and helped us with the check in. We were able to use the pool and the gym. Would recommend to other travelers.

Good room and wonderful conditionnCan cook. Almost every cooking materials are prepared.nNice view and high floor!nI hope come HCM again

Lovely place to stay. Very conveniently located. About 2 kms from most major attractions such as the war museum, independence palace, post office and cathedral. Also close to a nice foods street and Ben Thanh market.nThe 7-11 just downstairs is very convenient and can be very useful if you want to cook up something quick in the well stocked neat little kitchen.nEasy and and quick access to most places via Grab taxi and is about 30 minutes from the airport.nPi is very quick to respond to all queries and also helped us keep our bags when we arrived a bit early.nWas a very nice and comfortable stay overall and the little coffee satches were a very nice touch,
