I'm very disappointed about this building. All infrastructures and basic furniture inside are too bad to work everyday (please refer to the details as some people commented before). The building managers do not have any responsibilities about all problems. We no longer want to sign contract with Phat Trien Viet Company anymore. I work at the office for rent 124 Khanh Hoi, Ward 6, District 4, HCMC too bad !!! Do not hire, if renting, determine it is difficult to claim a deposit Viet Nam Investment Development Joint Stock Company is very irresponsible and only knows how to collect money.

People post very accurate information. The company only knows how to collect the money, all the responsibilities are in place, and the rent is delayed 1% 3 days. When the contract ends, a lot of annoying annoyances. We owe us 3 months of deposit and until 4 months we have not paid.nPeople watch and don't hire them anymore.

I returned to the office in January, handed over fully, don clean but still fined 3.5 million for not repainting the wall while I went to the office wall is very dirty, have to spend money to repair. Call, send mail to the legal department, accountants do not bother to answer.
